Video & Watch Party Data

When you upload videos or watch with AI companions:

• Video details (title, duration, thumbnail)
• Watch patterns (what you and your AI companion enjoy)
• Reactions and comments during viewing
• Safety checks (to keep content appropriate)

AI Companion Interactions

When chatting with AI characters:

• Conversation content (kept for 90 days for safety)
• Your AI character preferences
• Which AI companions you watch videos with
• Safety signals (to prevent harmful content)

Note: AI conversations are not reviewed by humans unless there's a safety concern or you report an issue.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make Dmooji awesome for you:

• Core Features: Enable video watching with AI companions
• Personalization: Recommend videos and AI characters you'll love
• Safety: Keep our community safe and fun for everyone
• Communication: Send important updates (not spam!)

Quick Delete: Most data is deleted immediately when you remove it. Some data may take up to 30 days to fully purge from backups.

Dmooji operates globally. Your data might be processed in different countries, but we always protect it:

• Data transfers follow legal requirements (like GDPR)
• Your data is encrypted during transfer
• We only work with providers that meet our security standards

Age Requirements:

• You must be at least 14 years old to use Dmooji

• You can request account information or deletion

If we learn someone under 14 is using Dmooji, we'll delete their account and data immediately.
